I made a purchase of 5 items and the grab and go area of the Market for convenience. There was a gentleman in the area who was nice and helpful. However I noticed that it seemed as though I was charged for the 5 items twice. I verified with my bank, which was indeed showing the purchase in the same amount twice. I asked him for help with the matter an he referred me to a lady named Mary. Mary assured me that one of the charges would drop off. It did not and the money has been taken out of my account two times. I have emailed the provided email three times and left 2 messages via telephone. As of now no one has reached out to me to even discuss the matter. This is very unprofessional and I will opt for a different option next time. UPDATE I did receive an email from a manger who was able to look up the transaction. She did apologize for the inconvenience and was able to see that the purchase was made only one time. My money was refunded within 5 days. Thank you for following up!

Update: Someone did reach out to me after this review. I gave them the information they needed and they were able to discover that the problem was that someone decided to add at $90.41 tip. They did refund that money and management was very quick on this. Unfortunately this leaves us to not be so trusting. Get those receipts. Good food, however my order came to $32 and some change for a Philly cheese steak sandwich, fries and bottle water to be expected. What was not expected is my debit card was charged $122.87 since. I've tried to contact them through the number given by my credit union no one answers, sent several emails to them no one answers. Final step is going back through the credit union but will be difficult since they don't give receipts. So watch your charges.

Don't get the Philly Cheese Steak at the grill. I'm annoyed that they are able to call it a Philly Cheese Steak. It's basically coney meat with suspect white sauce. I definitely felt taken advantage of buying the most expensive sandwich on the menu and it not being what it's called. Fries and chicken tenders were good though. Nice place to sit before the game.

This place was perfect for a concert because you can choose what you want from several different places and sit where you want. The service was excellent, very nice staff! The drinks were VERY expensive, but that's normal for concert venues now I suppose. But the food was really good!

Center bar, burger and fries section, Taco etc. Section, Salad section, soup with sub section, coffee with deserts, and drink section that contain can of beer - energy drinks, plus more cold beverages. Restaurant doors open about 2 to 1 hour early before concerts, and will open up the wall for entry into arena for your scan ticket (s). (Pistons, Red Wings, Concerts, or other events.
